- Cation resin "IOL" LC701สารกรองมีอยู่ 2 แบบคือเป็นแบบไออ้อนบวก (Cation Resin) และไออ้อนลบ (Antion Resin) โดยทั่วไปจะนิยมใช้แบบแคทไออ้อนเรซิ่นหรือไออ้อนบวก โดยจะใช้นำมากรองความกระด้าง โดยความกระด้างอยู่ในรูปแบบไออ้อน สารกรองจึงมีคุณสมบัติในการแลกเปลี่ยนไออ้อน ซึ่งจะทำให้ความกระด้างออกจากน้ำ สารกรองเรซิ่นเมื่อผ่านการใช้งานไปได้ระยะหนึ่งจะเสื่อมสภาพลงและหมดสภาพไป จึงต้องทำการฟื้นสภาพ หรือรีเจนเนอเรชั่น เพื่อให้มีความสามารถในการแลกเปลี่ยนไออ้อนดังเดิม หรือใกล้เคียงสภาพเดิม โดยทั่วไปในการฟื้นสภาพเรซินจะใช้สารละลายเกลือแกงความเข้มข้นตามที่ผู้ผลิตกำหนด โดยให้ค่อยๆไหลผ่าน หรือโดยแช่เรซินในสารละลายดังกล่าวเป็นระยะเวลา 1-2 ชั่วโมง แล้วล้างด้วยน้ำสะอาดให้หมดความเค็มเรซินที่ผ่านการใช้งานและการฟื้นสภาพมาหลายครั้งแล้วจะมีความสามารถแลกเปลี่ยนไออ้อนลดลงจึงต้องทำการเปลี่ยนสารเรซินใหม่ โดยสเปคของผู้ผลิตระบุให้อยู่ประมาณ 1 - 2 ปี ขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพดิบและปริมาณการใช้น้ำของแต่ละแห่งอาจไม่เท่ากันLC701 is a high purity, high capacity, gel type sulphonate polystyrene cation exchange resin supplied in the sodium form as moist, tough, uniform spherical beads. BACKWASH

After each cycle the resin bed should be backwashed

at a rate that expands the bed 25 to 50 percent. This

will remove any foreign matter and reclassify the bed.

DEMINERALIZATION

IOL LC701 can be used in multiple and mixed bed

demineralizers with strongly basic anion

exchangers such as IOL LA703, LA153, LA203.

SOFTENING

IOL LC701 is ideally suited for industrial softening

applications because of its high capacity and good

physical stability.

* For potable water applications, the resin must be properly

pre-treated, usually by multiple exhaustion and regeneration

cycles, to insure compliance with extractable levels.
